1. Introduction & Statutory Role

At Rapid Digital Growth ("RDG", "we", "us", or "our"), we are deeply committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of the personal data of our website visitors, clients, and career applicants. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act 2023"), Rapid Digital Growth operates as a Data Fiduciary in relation to any digital personal data collected through this website and our digital operations.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We process only digital personal data that is necessary for specified lawful purposes:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Full name, email address, telephone/mobile number, company name, and geographical city provided via our contact, inquiry, consultation, and growth-plan forms.
  • Career & Candidate Data: Curriculum Vitae (CV) / resume files, compensation history and expectations, work experience, notice periods, and professional LinkedIn profile URLs submitted for job applications.
  • Technical & Security Data: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, device user-agent strings, browser characteristics, and bot mitigation tokens generated via Google reCAPTCHA v3 to safeguard our infrastructure from spam, automated scraping, and abusive rate limits.

3. Purpose of Processing & Lawful Basis

We collect and process your personal data under the lawful basis of informed, specific consent and legitimate uses as defined under Section 4 and Section 7 of the DPDP Act 2023:

  • To evaluate and deliver requested digital marketing, software development, and growth consulting services.
  • To contact you regarding inquiries, proposals, service updates, and consultations.
  • To evaluate job applicants and manage our talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • To prevent cyber abuse, enforce sliding-window form submission rate limits, and maintain system security.

4. Protection of Children's Data (Section 9 Compliance)

In strict accordance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act 2023, Rapid Digital Growth does not knowingly solicit, collect, or process the personal data of individuals under the age of 18 ("children") without verifiable parental consent, nor do we engage in targeted advertising directed at children or behavioral tracking of minors.

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act 2023, you are entitled to exercise the following statutory rights:

Right to Access (Section 11)

Obtain a summary of personal data being processed and the processing activities undertaken.

Right to Correction & Erasure (Section 12)

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the specified commercial purpose or as required by applicable Indian tax and legal statutes. Upon satisfaction of the purpose or receipt of a valid erasure request, personal data is either irreversibly deleted or anonymized in our secure database systems.

7. Security Safeguards & Spam Protection

We enforce appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted database storage, strict role-based access control (RBAC), and server-side rate-limiting algorithms. We utilize Google reCAPTCHA v3 (invisible verification) on public forms to defend against credential abuse and automated bot spam without imposing intrusive challenge puzzles.
